7 The LORD God of heaven, who took me from my father's house and from the land of my relatives, and who spoke to me and swore to me, saying, 'To your descendants I will give this land,' He will send His angel before you, and you shall take a wife for my son from there.
8 And if the woman is not willing to follow you, then you will be released from this oath; only do not take my son back there."
21 And the king of Sodom said to Abram, "Give me the people and take the goods for yourself."
12 And he said, Let us take our journey, and let us go, and I will go before you.
3 And said to him, Get out of your country, and from your kindred, and come into the land which I will show you.
8 And he said, Lord GOD, how shall I know that I shall inherit it?
12 And they took Lot, Abram's nephew, who lived in Sodom, and his goods, and departed.
9 And the LORD said unto me, Do not distress the Moabites, nor contend with them in battle; for I will not give you any of their land for a possession, because I have given Ar to the children of Lot for a possession.
4 So Abram departed, as the LORD had spoken to him; and Lot went with him: and Abram was seventy-five years old when he departed from Haran.
3 Stay in this land, and I will be with you, and will bless you; for to you, and to your descendants, I will give all these countries, and I will fulfill the oath which I swore to Abraham your father;
25 Far be it from you to do such a thing, to slay the righteous with the wicked, so that the righteous should be as the wicked; far be it from you! Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?
41 You will be clear from this oath when you arrive among my family, for if they will not give her to you, then you will be released from my oath.'
5 And the servant said to him, "Perhaps the woman will not be willing to follow me to this land. Must I take your son back to the land from which you came?"
