18 Since Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him?
19 For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD, to do justice and judgment; that the LORD may bring upon Abraham that which he has spoken of him.
5 And He gave him no inheritance in it, not even enough to set his foot on; yet he promised that He would give it to him for a possession, and to his descendants after him, when as yet he had no child.
18 On the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, To your descendants have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:
13 Remember Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, Your servants, to whom You swore by Your own self, and said to them, 'I will multiply your descendants as the stars of heaven, and all this land that I have spoken of I will give to your descendants, and they shall inherit it forever.'"
9 Is not the whole land before you? separate yourself, I pray you, from me: if you will take the left hand, then I will go to the right; or if you depart to the right hand, then I will go to the left.
7 You are the LORD God, who chose Abram and brought him out of Ur of the Chaldeans, and gave him the name Abraham;
8 You found his heart faithful before You, and made a covenant with him to give the land of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Jebusites, and the Girgashites, to give it to his descendants. And You have fulfilled Your words, for You are righteous;
24 Son of man, those who inhabit the ruins in the land of Israel are speaking, saying, Abraham was one, and he inherited the land: but we are many; the land is given us as a possession.
7 The LORD God of heaven, who took me from my father's house and from the land of my relatives, and who spoke to me and swore to me, saying, 'To your descendants I will give this land,' He will send His angel before you, and you shall take a wife for my son from there.
9 So God has taken away the cattle of your father and given them to me.
16 And you shall take your inheritance in yourself in the sight of the heathen, and you shall know that I am the LORD.
17 And the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
11 And it shall be when the LORD brings you into the land of the Canaanites, as he swore to you and to your fathers, and shall give it to you,
4 And the LORD said to him, This is the land which I swore to give to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, I will give it to your descendants: I have caused you to see it with your eyes, but you shall not cross over there.
2 And I will make my covenant between me and you, and will multiply you exceedingly.
