Far be it from you to do such a thing, to slay the righteous with the wicked, so that the righteous should be as the wicked; far be it from you! Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?

32And he said, Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak but this once; suppose ten should be found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for the sake of ten.
17And the LORD said, Shall I hide from Abraham what I am doing;
7Keep far from a false matter, and do not kill the innocent and righteous, for I will not acquit the wicked.
17Shall even he who hates justice govern? And will you condemn Him who is most just?
18Is it fit to say to a king, You are wicked? And to princes, You are ungodly?
12Surely God will not do wickedly, neither will the Almighty pervert justice.
5But if a man is just and does what is lawful and right,
8Will you also annul my judgment? Will you condemn me, that you may be justified?

25Yet you say, ‘The way of the Lord is not equal.’ Hear now, O house of Israel: Is not My way equal? Are not your ways unequal?
3Is it any pleasure to the Almighty that you are righteous? Or is it gain to Him that you make your ways perfect?
1If there is a dispute between men, and they come to judgment, that the judges may judge them; then they shall justify the righteous, and condemn the wicked.
8For that righteous man, dwelling among them, was tormented in his righteous soul from day to day by seeing and hearing their lawless deeds.
23And that the whole land is brimstone, salt, and burning, that it is not sown, nor bears, nor any grass grows therein, like the overthrow of Sodom, and Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboim, which the LORD overthrew in his anger and in his wrath:
26Also, to punish the just is not good, nor to strike princes for their uprightness.
15He who justifies the wicked, and he who condemns the just, both of them are an abomination to the LORD.
2Do you think this to be right, that you said, My righteousness is more than God's?
4Therefore the law is powerless, and justice never goes forth, for the wicked surround the righteous; therefore perverse judgment proceeds.
9Is not the whole land before you? separate yourself, I pray you, from me: if you will take the left hand, then I will go to the right; or if you depart to the right hand, then I will go to the left.
7Remember, I pray you, who ever perished, being innocent? Or where were the righteous cut off?
21And he said to him, See, I have accepted you in this matter also, that I will not overthrow this city for which you have spoken.
3And do you think this, O man, who judges those who do such things, and do the same, that you shall escape the judgment of God?
24He who says to the wicked, You are righteous; him the people shall curse, nations shall abhor him.
32Then hear in heaven, and act, and judge your servants, condemning the wicked, to bring his way upon his head; and justifying the righteous, to give him according to his righteousness.
