13On the same day, Noah entered, with Shem, Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and Noah's wife, and the three wives of his sons with them, into the ark;
23And every living thing on the face of the earth was destroyed, both man and cattle, creeping things and birds of the sky; they were destroyed from the earth. Only Noah and those who were with him in the ark survived.
24And the waters prevailed upon the earth for one hundred and fifty days.
17And the flood was forty days upon the earth; and the waters increased and lifted up the ark, and it rose above the earth.
