And in that day you shall say, O LORD, I will praise you: though you were angry with me, your anger is turned away, and you comforted me.

19 For the people shall dwell in Zion at Jerusalem: you shall weep no more: he will be very gracious to you at the sound of your cry; when he shall hear it, he will answer you.
