7For the Egyptians shall help in vain, and to no purpose: therefore have I cried concerning this, Their strength is to sit still.
9And the land of Egypt shall be desolate and waste; and they shall know that I am the LORD: because he has said, The river is mine, and I have made it.
10Behold, therefore I am against you, and against your rivers, and I will make the land of Egypt utterly waste and desolate, from the tower of Syene even to the border of Ethiopia.
11No foot of man shall pass through it, nor foot of beast shall pass through it, neither shall it be inhabited for forty years.
12And I will make the land of Egypt desolate in the midst of countries that are desolate, and her cities among the cities that are laid waste shall be desolate forty years: and I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse them through the countries.
13Thus says the Lord GOD; I will destroy the idols, and cause their images to cease out of Noph; there will be no more a prince of the land of Egypt: I will put a fear in the land of Egypt.
11And he shall pass through the sea with affliction, and strike the waves in the sea, and all the deeps of the river shall dry up. And the pride of Assyria shall be brought down, and the scepter of Egypt shall depart.
23In that day there shall be a highway out of Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrians shall come into Egypt, and the Egyptians into Assyria, and the Egyptians shall serve with the Assyrians.
10They shall be broken in their purposes, all who make sluices and ponds for fish.
12And it shall come to pass in that day, that the LORD shall beat off from the channel of the river to the stream of Egypt, and you shall be gathered one by one, O children of Israel.

21Now behold, you trust in the staff of this broken reed, on Egypt, which if a man leans, will go into his hand and pierce it. So is Pharaoh king of Egypt to all who trust in him.
15When I make the land of Egypt desolate, and the country is destitute of all that which it was full, when I strike all those who dwell therein, then shall they know that I am the LORD.

8Egypt rises up like a flood, and his waters move like the rivers; and he says, I will go up, and will cover the earth; I will destroy the city and its inhabitants.
14And I will bring again the captivity of Egypt, and will cause them to return into the land of Pathros, into the land of their habitation; and they shall be there a lowly kingdom.
22Therefore thus says the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and will break his arms, the strong and the broken; and I will cause the sword to fall out of his hand.
16I will set fire in Egypt: Sin will suffer great pain, No will be torn apart, and Noph will have distresses daily.
19This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the Feast of Tabernacles.
