10And the LORD threw them into confusion before Israel and killed them with a great slaughter at Gibeon, chased them along the road that goes to Beth Horon, and struck them down as far as Azekah and Makkedah.
11And it happened, as they fled from Israel and were on the descent to Beth Horon, that the LORD cast great stones from heaven upon them as far as Azekah, and they died. There were more who died from the hailstones than the children of Israel killed with the sword.
13And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and behold, there stood a man opposite him with his sword drawn in his hand; and Joshua went to him and said to him, Are you for us or for our adversaries?
1The LORD also spoke to Joshua, saying,
41And Joshua conquered them from Kadesh Barnea as far as Gaza, and all the country of Goshen, even as far as Gibeon.
42All these kings and their land Joshua took at one time, because the LORD God of Israel fought for Israel.
7And the LORD said to Joshua, This day I will begin to exalt you in the sight of all Israel, that they may know that, as I was with Moses, so I will be with you.

7And Joshua said, Alas, O Lord GOD, why have you at all brought this people over Jordan, to deliver us into the hand of the Amorites, to destroy us? Would to God we had been content, and dwelt on the other side of Jordan!
8O Lord, what shall I say, when Israel turns their backs before their enemies?
10And the LORD said to Joshua, Get up; why are you lying thus upon your face?
6And the LORD said to Joshua, Do not be afraid because of them: for tomorrow about this time I will deliver them all slain before Israel: you shall hamstring their horses, and burn their chariots with fire.
7So Joshua came, and all the people of war with him, against them by the waters of Merom suddenly; and they attacked them.
1And it came to pass, when all the kings of the Amorites, who were on the west side of Jordan, and all the kings of the Canaanites, who were by the sea, heard that the LORD had dried up the waters of Jordan before the children of Israel, until we had crossed over, that their hearts melted, and there was no spirit in them any more, because of the children of Israel.
25Then Joshua said to them, Do not be afraid, nor be dismayed; be strong and of good courage, for the LORD will do this to all your enemies against whom you fight.
10And Joshua had commanded the people, saying, You shall not shout, nor make any noise with your voice, neither shall any word proceed out of your mouth, until the day I tell you to shout; then shall you shout.
27So it was at the time of the going down of the sun that Joshua commanded, and they took them down from the trees, cast them into the cave where they had hidden, and laid large stones against the mouth of the cave, which remain to this very day.
1And it happened, when all the people had completely passed over the Jordan, that the LORD spoke to Joshua, saying,
13And Joshua defeated Amalek and his people with the edge of the sword.
13And when they had set the people, even all the army that was on the north of the city, and their liers in wait on the west of the city, Joshua went that night into the midst of the valley.
10So Joshua did as Moses had told him, and fought with Amalek: and Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill.

9And Joshua set up twelve stones in the midst of the Jordan, in the place where the feet of the priests who bore the ark of the covenant stood: and they are there to this day.
