8 And you shall say to them, Whatever man there is of the house of Israel, or of the strangers who dwell among you, that offers a burnt offering or sacrifice,
10 And you shall appoint Aaron and his sons, and they shall fulfill their duties in the priest's office; and the outsider who comes near shall be put to death.
2 And he shall bring it to Aaron's sons, the priests; and he shall take from it a handful of the flour and oil, with all the frankincense. And the priest shall burn this memorial portion on the altar, an offering made by fire, of a sweet aroma to the LORD.

3 Moreover, he burned incense in the Valley of the Son of Hinnom, and burned his children in the fire, after the abominations of the heathen whom the LORD had cast out before the children of Israel.
