36A voice of the cry of the shepherds, and a wailing of the leaders of the flock, shall be heard: for the LORD has plundered their pasture.
15The LORD said to me, Take for yourself the implements of a foolish shepherd.
16For behold, I will raise up a shepherd in the land who will not care for those who are cut off, nor seek the young, nor heal the broken, nor feed what stands still. But he will eat the flesh of the fat, and tear their hooves in pieces.
17Woe to the worthless shepherd who leaves the flock! The sword shall be against his arm and against his right eye. His arm shall be completely withered, and his right eye shall be totally blinded.
32Behold, I am against those who prophesy false dreams, says the LORD, and who tell them and cause my people to err by their lies and by their recklessness. Yet I did not send them or command them; therefore they shall not profit this people at all, says the LORD.
2Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say to them, Thus says the Lord GOD to the shepherds; Woe to the shepherds of Israel who feed themselves! Should not the shepherds feed the flocks?
3My anger was kindled against the shepherds, and I punished the goats. For the LORD of hosts has visited his flock, the house of Judah, and has made them like his noble horse in battle.
14Then the LORD said to me, 'The prophets prophesy lies in My name; I have not sent them, nor commanded them, nor spoken to them; they prophesy to you a false vision and divination, a worthless thing, and the deceit of their heart.'
28And her prophets have daubed them with untempered mortar, seeing false visions, and divining lies to them, saying, Thus says the Lord GOD, when the LORD has not spoken.

11The leaders judge for reward, and the priests teach for hire, and the prophets divine for money: yet will they lean upon the LORD, and say, Is not the LORD among us? No harm can come upon us.
13And I have seen folly in the prophets of Samaria: they prophesied by Baal and caused my people Israel to err.
10Hear the word of the LORD, O nations, and declare it in the distant isles, and say, He that scattered Israel will gather him, and keep him, as a shepherd does his flock.
31The prophets prophesy falsely, and the priests bear rule by their means; and my people love to have it so: and what will you do in the end thereof?
24For there shall be no more any empty vision nor flattering divination within the house of Israel.
