  • 22 Moses said,‘The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among your brothers. You must obey him in everything he tells you.

  • 1 Then the LORD said to Moses,“Now you will see what I will do to Pharaoh, for compelled by my strong hand he will release them, and by my strong hand he will drive them out of his land.”

  • 24 By faith, when he grew up, Moses refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter,

  • 8 So Moses and Aaron were brought back to Pharaoh, and he said to them,“Go, serve the LORD your God. Exactly who is going with you?”

  • 7 The LORD said,“I have surely seen the affliction of my people who are in Egypt. I have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows.

  • 8 So the LORD sent a prophet to the Israelites. He said to them,“This is what the LORD God of Israel has said:‘I brought you up from Egypt and took you out of that place of slavery.

  • 8 Moses told his father-in-law all that the LORD had done to Pharaoh and to Egypt for Israel’s sake, and all the hardship that had come on them along the way, and how the LORD had delivered them.

  • 14 God said to Moses,“I AM that I AM.” And he said,“You must say this to the Israelites,‘I AM has sent me to you.’”
