2The Exodus, Wandering, and Conquest Reviewed Moses proclaimed to all Israel as follows:“You have seen all that the LORD did in the land of Egypt to Pharaoh, all his servants, and his land.
31and the people believed. When they heard that the LORD had attended to the Israelites and that he had seen their affliction, they bowed down close to the ground.

27So Moses extended his hand toward the sea, and the sea returned to its normal state when the sun began to rise. Now the Egyptians were fleeing before it, but the LORD overthrew the Egyptians in the middle of the sea.

16And as for you, lift up your staff and extend your hand toward the sea and divide it, so that the Israelites may go through the middle of the sea on dry ground.
17And as for me, I am going to harden the hearts of the Egyptians so that they will come after them, that I may be honored because of Pharaoh and his army and his chariots and his horsemen.
18And the Egyptians will know that I am the LORD when I have gained my honor because of Pharaoh, his chariots, and his horsemen.”
54The Israelites did according to all that the LORD commanded Moses– that is what they did.
1The Song of Triumph Then Moses and the Israelites sang this song to the LORD. They said,“I will sing to the LORD, for he has triumphed gloriously, the horse and its rider he has thrown into the sea.
24He has done this so all the nations of the earth might recognize the LORD’s power and so you might always obey the LORD your God.”
31When Moses saw it, he was amazed at the sight, and when he approached to investigate, there came the voice of the Lord,
6Moses and Aaron said to all the Israelites,“In the evening you will know that the LORD has brought you out of the land of Egypt,
18you must not fear them. You must carefully recall what the LORD your God did to Pharaoh and all Egypt,
19the great judgments you saw, the signs and wonders, the strength and power by which he brought you out– thus the LORD your God will do to all the people you fear.
10He said,“See, I am going to make a covenant before all your people. I will do wonders such as have not been done in all the earth, nor in any nation. All the people among whom you live will see the work of the LORD, for it is a fearful thing that I am doing with you.
19For the horses of Pharaoh came with his chariots and his footmen into the sea, and the LORD brought back the waters of the sea on them, but the Israelites walked on dry land in the middle of the sea.”
3Pharaoh will think regarding the Israelites,‘They are wandering around confused in the land– the desert has closed in on them.’
