6Then Moses said,“This is what the LORD has commanded you to do so that the glory of the LORD may appear to you.”
10The LORD gave me the two stone tablets, written by the very finger of God, and on them was everything he said to you at the mountain from the midst of the fire at the time of that assembly.
11Now at the end of the forty days and nights the LORD presented me with the two stone tablets, the tablets of the covenant.
21The people kept their distance, but Moses drew near the thick darkness where God was.
22The Altar The LORD said to Moses:“Thus you will tell the Israelites:‘You yourselves have seen that I have spoken with you from heaven.
14then they will tell it to the inhabitants of this land. They have heard that you, LORD, are among this people, that you, LORD, are seen face to face, that your cloud stands over them, and that you go before them by day in a pillar of cloud and in a pillar of fire by night.
6Moses Responds So Moses and Aaron went from the presence of the assembly to the entrance to the tent of meeting. They then threw themselves down with their faces to the ground, and the glory of the LORD appeared to them.
17The LORD said to Moses,“I will do this thing also that you have requested, for you have found favor in my sight, and I know you by name.”
15Moses turned and went down from the mountain with the two tablets of the testimony in his hands. The tablets were written on both sides– they were written on the front and on the back.
13“You came down on Mount Sinai and spoke with them from heaven. You provided them with just judgments, true laws, and good statutes and commandments.
24The LORD said to him,“Go, get down, and come up, and Aaron with you, but do not let the priests and the people force their way through to come up to the LORD, lest he break through against them.”
13And he revealed to you the covenant he has commanded you to keep, the ten commandments, writing them on two stone tablets.
32After this all the Israelites approached, and he commanded them all that the LORD had spoken to him on Mount Sinai.
