18I will raise up a prophet like you for them from among their fellow Israelites. I will put my words in his mouth and he will speak to them whatever I command.
8With him I will speak face to face, openly, and not in riddles; and he will see the form of the LORD. Why then were you not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?”
19Now listen to me, I will give you advice, and may God be with you: You be a representative for the people to God, and you bring their disputes to God;
20warn them of the statutes and the laws, and make known to them the way in which they must walk and the work they must do.
15The LORD your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you– from your fellow Israelites; you must listen to him.
17Then I will come down and speak with you there, and I will take part of the Spirit that is on you, and will put it on them, and they will bear some of the burden of the people with you, so that you do not bear it all by yourself.
