45“Get out of Babylon, my people! Flee to save your lives from the fierce anger of the LORD!
9For I will rouse into action and bring against Babylon a host of mighty nations from the land of the north. They will set up their battle lines against her. They will come from the north and capture her. Their arrows will be like a skilled soldier who does not return from the battle empty-handed.

20Then I said,“Look up, Jerusalem, and see the enemy that is coming from the north. Where now is the flock of people that were entrusted to your care? Where now are the‘sheep’ that you take such pride in?
9You will say to the prisoners,‘Come out,’ and to those who are in dark dungeons,‘Emerge.’ They will graze beside the roads; on all the slopes they will find pasture.
4But now, Jeremiah, today I will set you free from the chains on your wrists. If you would like to come to Babylon with me, come along and I will take care of you. But if you prefer not to come to Babylon with me, you are not required to do so. You are free to go anywhere in the land you want to go. Go wherever you choose.”
