then the master of that slave will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he does not foresee, and will cut him in two, and assign him a place with the unfaithful.

    35Stay alert, then, because you do not know when the owner of the house will return– whether during evening, at midnight, when the rooster crows, or at dawn–

    36or else he might find you asleep when he returns suddenly.

  • 27For the Son of Man will come with his angels in the glory of his Father, and then he will reward each person according to what he has done.

  • 2So he called the manager in and said to him,‘What is this I hear about you? Turn in the account of your administration, because you can no longer be my manager.’
