7All who see me taunt me; they mock me and shake their heads.
25Do not let them say to themselves,“Aha! We have what we wanted!” Do not let them say,“We have devoured him!”
26May those who rejoice in my troubles be totally embarrassed and ashamed! May those who arrogantly taunt me be covered with shame and humiliation!
3May those who say,“Aha! Aha!” be driven back and disgraced!
10They are calloused; they speak arrogantly.

62My assailants revile and conspire against me all day long.
7Look, they hurl insults at me and openly threaten to kill me, for they say,“Who hears?”
22Let cries of terror be heard in their houses when you send bands of raiders unexpectedly to plunder them. For they have virtually dug a pit to capture me and have hidden traps for me to step into.
11I gloat in triumph over those who tried to ambush me; I hear the defeated cries of the evil foes who attacked me.
13You exalted yourselves against me with your speech and hurled many insults against me– I have heard them all!
7All who hate me whisper insults about me to one another; they plan ways to harm me.
2Surely mockery is with me; my eyes must dwell on their hostility.
19The righteous see their destruction and rejoice; the innocent mock them scornfully, saying,
12O LORD of Heaven’s Armies, you test and prove the righteous. You see into people’s hearts and minds. Pay them back for what they have done because I trust you to vindicate my cause.
9They speak as if they rule in heaven, and lay claim to the earth.
3because of what the enemy says, and because of how the wicked pressure me, for they hurl trouble down upon me and angrily attack me.
22May their dining table become a trap before them! May it be a snare for that group of friends!
