6The Wedding Celebration of the Lamb Then I heard what sounded like the voice of a vast throng, like the roar of many waters and like loud crashes of thunder. They were shouting:“Hallelujah! For the Lord our God, the All-Powerful, reigns!
2And I saw the holy city– the new Jerusalem– descending out of heaven from God, made ready like a bride adorned for her husband.

15Then the angel said to me,“The waters you saw(where the prostitute is seated) are peoples, multitudes, nations, and languages.
16He has a name written on his clothing and on his thigh:“King of kings and Lord of lords.”
17Then I saw one angel standing in the sun, and he shouted in a loud voice to all the birds flying high in the sky:“Come, gather around for the great banquet of God,
12all of whom were singing in a loud voice:“Worthy is the lamb who was killed to receive power and wealth and wisdom and might and honor and glory and praise!”

4Again he sent other slaves, saying,‘Tell those who have been invited,“Look! The feast I have prepared for you is ready. My oxen and fattened cattle have been slaughtered, and everything is ready. Come to the wedding banquet.”’
5Like a bridegroom it emerges from its chamber; like a strong man it enjoys running its course.
11But when the king came in to see the wedding guests, he saw a man there who was not wearing wedding clothes.

17because the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to withstand it?”
15The Seventh Trumpet Then the seventh angel blew his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven saying:“The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he will reign for ever and ever.”
