  • 5So I will set Judah on fire, and it will consume Jerusalem’s fortresses.”

  • 7At that time tribute will be brought to the LORD of Heaven’s Armies, by a people that are tall and smooth-skinned, a people that are feared far and wide, a nation strong and victorious, whose land rivers divide. The tribute will be brought to the place where the LORD of Heaven’s Armies has chosen to reside, on Mount Zion.

  • 28If they refuse to take the cup from your hand and drink it, tell them that the LORD of Heaven’s Armies says‘You most certainly must drink it!

  • 32This very day, standing in Nob, they shake their fist at Daughter Zion’s mountain– at the hill of Jerusalem.

  • 16The LORD roars from Zion; from Jerusalem his voice bellows out. The heavens and the earth shake. But the LORD is a refuge for his people; he is a stronghold for the citizens of Israel.

  • 14He will become a sanctuary, but a stone that makes a person trip, and a rock that makes one stumble– to the two houses of Israel. He will become a trap and a snare to the residents of Jerusalem.

  • 13So I will shake the heavens, and the earth will shake loose from its foundation, because of the fury of the LORD of Heaven’s Armies, in the day he vents his raging anger.
