13Now I don't desire to have you unaware, brothers, that I often planned to come to you, and was hindered so far, that I might have some fruit among you also, even as among the rest of the Gentiles.
12Having many things to write to you, I don't want to do so with paper and ink, but I hope to come to you, and to speak face to face, that our joy may be made full.

7even as you learned of Epaphras our beloved fellow servant, who is a faithful servant of Christ on our behalf,
9For this cause, we also, since the day we heard this, don't cease praying and making requests for you, that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding,
28I have sent him therefore the more diligently, that, when you see him again, you may rejoice, and that I may be the less sorrowful.
11See with what large letters I write to you with my own hand.
16When this letter has been read among you, cause it to be read also in the assembly of the Laodiceans; and that you also read the letter from Laodicea.
19For I know that this will turn out to my salvation, through your supplication and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ,
5For this cause I also, when I couldn't stand it any longer, sent that I might know your faith, for fear that by any means the tempter had tempted you, and our labor would have been in vain.
23Epaphras, my fellow prisoner in Christ Jesus, greets you,
