- Zech 14:3-9 : 3 Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle. 4 And his feet shall stand in that day upon the Mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the Mount of Olives shall split in the midst toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall move toward the north, and half of it toward the south. 5 And you shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yes, you shall flee, as you fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the LORD my God shall come, and all the saints with you. 6 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the light shall not be clear, nor dark: 7 But it shall be one day which shall be known to the LORD, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light. 8 And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be. 9 And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one. 10 All the land shall be turned as a plain from Geba to Rimmon south of Jerusalem: and it shall be lifted up, and inhabited in her place, from Benjamin's gate unto the place of the first gate, unto the corner gate, and from the tower of Hananeel unto the king's winepresses. 11 And men shall dwell in it, and there shall be no more utter destruction; but Jerusalem shall be safely inhabited. 12 And this shall be the plague with which the LORD will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth. 13 And it shall come to pass in that day, that a great tumult from the LORD shall be among them; and they shall seize everyone on the hand of his neighbor, and his hand shall rise up against the hand of his neighbor. 14 And Judah also shall fight at Jerusalem; and the wealth of all the nations around shall be gathered together, gold, and silver, and apparel, in great abundance. 15 And so shall be the plague of the horse, of the mule, of the camel, and of the donkey, and of all the beasts that shall be in these tents, as this plague. 16 And it shall come to pass, that everyone that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles. 17 And it shall be, that whoever will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain. 18 And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no rain; there shall be the plague, with which the LORD will smite the nations that come not up to keep the Feast of Tabernacles. 19 This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the Feast of Tabernacles.

These two were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with sulfur. 21 And the remnant were slain with the sword of him who sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the birds were filled with their flesh.

- Isa 34:2-9 : 2 For the LORD's indignation is upon all nations, and His fury upon all their armies: He has utterly destroyed them, He has delivered them to the slaughter. 3 Their slain also shall be cast out, and their stench shall rise from their corpses, and the mountains shall be melted with their blood. 4 And all the host of heaven shall dissolve, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll: and all their host shall fall down, as the leaf falls off the vine, and as a falling fig from the fig tree. 5 For my sword shall be bathed in heaven: behold, it shall come down upon Edom, and upon the people of my curse, to judgment. 6 The sword of the LORD is filled with blood, it is made fat with fatness, and with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams: for the LORD has a sacrifice in Bozrah, and a great slaughter in the land of Edom. 7 And the wild oxen shall come down with them, and the young bulls with the mighty bulls; and their land shall be soaked with blood, and their dust made fat with fatness. 8 For it is the day of the LORD's vengeance, and the year of recompense for the controversy of Zion. 9 And its streams shall be turned into pitch, and its dust into brimstone, and its land shall become burning pitch. 10 It shall not be quenched night nor day; its smoke shall ascend forever: from generation to generation it shall lie waste; none shall pass through it forever and ever. 11 But the cormorant and the bittern shall possess it; the owl and the raven shall dwell in it: and He shall stretch out upon it the line of confusion, and the stones of emptiness. 12 They shall call its nobles to the kingdom, but none shall be there, and all its princes shall be nothing. 13 And thorns shall come up in its palaces, nettles and brambles in its fortresses: and it shall be a habitation for dragons, and a court for owls. 14 The wild beasts of the desert shall also meet with the wild beasts of the island, and the satyr shall cry to his fellow; the screech owl also shall rest there, and find for herself a place of rest. 15 There shall the great owl make her nest, and lay, and hatch, and gather under her shadow: there shall the vultures also be gathered, every one with her mate. 16 Seek out of the book of the LORD, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall lack her mate: for my mouth has commanded, and His Spirit has gathered them. 17 And He has cast the lot for them, and His hand has divided it unto them by line: they shall possess it forever, from generation to generation they shall dwell therein.
- Jer 25:15-29 : 15 For thus says the LORD God of Israel to me; Take the wine cup of this fury at My hand, and cause all the nations, to whom I send you, to drink it. 16 And they shall drink, and stagger, and go mad, because of the sword that I will send among them. 17 Then I took the cup from the LORD'S hand, and made all the nations drink, to whom the LORD had sent me: 18 To wit, Jerusalem, and the cities of Judah, and its kings, and its princes, to make them a desolation, an astonishment, a hissing, and a curse; as it is this day; 19 Pharaoh king of Egypt, and his servants, and his princes, and all his people; 20 And all the mixed people, and all the kings of the land of Uz, and all the kings of the land of the Philistines, Ashkelon, Gaza, Ekron, and the remnant of Ashdod, 21 Edom, Moab, and the children of Ammon, 22 And all the kings of Tyre, and all the kings of Sidon, and the kings of the coastlands which are beyond the sea, 23 Dedan, Tema, Buz, and all who are in the farthest corners, 24 And all the kings of Arabia, and all the kings of the mixed people who dwell in the desert, 25 And all the kings of Zimri, all the kings of Elam, and all the kings of the Medes, 26 And all the kings of the north, far and near, one with another, and all the kingdoms of the world which are upon the face of the earth; and the king of Sheshach shall drink after them. 27 Therefore you shall say to them, Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Drink, and be drunk, and vomit, and fall, and rise no more, because of the sword which I will send among you. 28 And it shall be, if they refuse to take the cup at your hand to drink, then you shall say to them, Thus says the LORD of hosts; You shall certainly drink. 29 For, behold, I begin to bring calamity on the city which is called by My name, and should you be completely unpunished? You shall not be unpunished: for I will call for a sword upon all the inhabitants of the earth, says the LORD of hosts.
