እቲ ኣገልጋሽኡ ዚምሪ፣ ኣመራርሓ ናይ መንከራቱ እኩል ክፍሊ፣ ብዓሰራርሓ ተኣካየየ ነበረ፤ ንዚ ምኽንያት ራሱ ዝሰክረ ነበረ ኣብ ቲርጻ ኣብ ቤት ኣርዛ መምርሓ ቤቱ።

    11መንበሩ እንዳኮቴ ድማ ኩሉ ቤት ባኣሻ ቀተለ፤ ካብ ወንድ ሰብ ኣንድ እንኳን ኣይተረፈሉ፣ ካብ ቤተ-ሰብኡ ወይ ጓሂኡ እንኳን ምንም ኣይተረፈሉ።

    12እንተዚ ዚምሪ ኩሉ ቤት ባኣሻ ኣፈርሐ፣ ከም ቃል ኣምላኽ ብነቢይ ይሁ ዝተናገረ ብዛዕባ ባኣሻ።

    13ምስ ምኽንያቱ ኩሉ ኃጢአት ባኣሻን ኤላ ወዲኡን—ዝበድሉ እና እስራኤል ንዝበድላ ዝገበሩ—እዚ ኣምላኽ እስራኤል ክዕብየን ብባዕላቶም ዝሞከሩ ስለ ነበሩ።

    14ቀሪቡ ግብራት ኤላን ኩሉ ዝገበረ ነገራትን ኣብ መጽሓፍ ዜናታት ንጉሳት እስራኤል የተጻፉ ኣይኮኑን?

    15ብ27 ዓመት ናይ ኣሳ ንጉሥ ይሁዳ ዚምሪ 7 መዓልታት ኣብ ቲርጻ ተነገሰ። ሕዝቡ ግን ኣብ ጊበቶን ናታ ፍልስጥናውያን ዝነበረት ከተማ ሰፈሩ ነበሩ።

    16እዚ ዝሰፈሩ ሕዝብ ሰሙ እንተበለ ዚምሪ ተኣካየየ እዩ እና ንጉሥን ቀተለ እዩ፤ ስለዚ እስራኤል ኩሉ ዕለቲ እዚ ኦምሪ ዋና ኣመራርሓ ሠራዊት እቲ ጀነኪም ኣብ ሰፈር ንጉሥ አድርጎ።

    17ኦምሪ ካብ ጊበቶን ወጺኡ እስራኤል ኩሉ ምስኡ፣ ቲርጻ ኣትበዩ።

    18ዚምሪ ከተማ ተያዘት እንተረኸበ ውሽጢ ሳሕሊ ቤት ንጉሥ እተኣተ፣ ቤት ንጉሥ ላዕለዮ ብእሳት ኣቐጣጥሎ ሞተ።

    19ይኹን እንተዘሎ ስለ ኃጢአቱ ዝበድለ ዝገበረ ክፋት በፊት ኣምላኽ፣ በመንገዲ ኢዮርቦዓም ምስ ሰለምን በኃጢአቱ ዘገበረ እስራኤል ንዝበድላ ዝከኣለ።

    20ቀሪቡ ግብራት ዚምሪን ትርከቱ ዝገበረን ኣብ መጽሓፍ ዜናታት ንጉሳት እስራኤል የተጻፉ ኣይኮኑን?

    21ከምኡ’ውን ሕዝቢ እስራኤል ክፍሊ ክልተ ተከፍለ፤ ፍርሓ ሕዝቢ ጢብኒ ወዲ ጊናት ተከተለዮ ንይውዕል ንጉሥ፣ ፍርሓ ደግሞ ኦምሪን ተከተሉ።

    22ነገር ግን ዝተከተሉ ኦምሪ ሕዝብ ኣሸነፉ ክብ ዝተከተሉ ጢብኒ ወዲ ጊናት፤ እንዲሁ ጢብኒ ሞተ ኦምሪ ተነገሰ።

    23ብ31 ዓመት ናይ ኣሳ ንጉሥ ይሁዳ ኦምሪ ጀመረ እስራኤል ክመራ፤ 12 ዓመት ተነገሰ፤ 6 ዓመት ደግሞ ኣብ ቲርጻ ተነገሰ።

    8ብ26 ዓመት ናይ ኣሳ ንጉሥ ይሁዳ ኤላ ወዲ ባኣሻ ጀመረ እስራኤል ኣብ ቲርጻ ክመራ፣ 2 ዓመት።
