ኣብ ስሙ ዘሎ ኣምና እዚ ሰብ ብርቱዕ ኣደረገዎ፤ ንሱ ዝትርከቡዎ ዝትፈልጡዎ ሰብ እዩ። እውን ካብ ንሱ ዝመጸ እቲ ኣምና እዚ ብፍጹም ጤና ኣብ መናእስኩም ኩሉ ሰገበሎ።

    9ሕዝቢ ኩሉ ንሱ ይሄድን ኣምላኽ ይመስግንን ርእዮ ነበሩ።

    10ንሱ እዩ እቲ ኣብ ቤተ መቅደስ በር ዝብሉ 'ጽቡቕ' ልግሲ ክለመልገስ ዝተቀመጠ ተረዱ፤ ብዝከሰተሉ ነገር ድንግሊን ተደንቂነትን ተሞሉ።

    11እቲ ዕግር ዝጐድአ ነበረ ሰብ ተፈውሶ ጴጥሮስን ዮሐንስን ይይዝ እዩ ነበር፤ ሕዝቢ ኩሉ ኣብ ዝብሉ 'መንበር ሰሎሞን' ሓባር ሓባር ናባቶም ሮጽዮም መጹ እዮም ይደንግጡ።

    12ጴጥሮስ እዚ ኣይቶ ሕዝቢን እንታይ በለ፦ ‘ሰባት እስራኤል ሆይ፣ እዚ ስለምንታይ ትደንቁ? ወይ ከም ብናፍቆታና ወይ ብቅድስናና እዚ ሰብ ክሕዋን ክንገብር እንተ ኾይና ስለምንታይ ብብልጥ ተመልከቱና?’

    13ኣምላኽ ኣብርሃምን ይስሐቅን ያዕቆብን፣ ኣምላኽ ኣቦታትና፣ ወዲኡ ኢየሱስ ኣክብሮ ኣኽበረዎ፤ ንሱ እቲ ኣንቲ ሰጊሩቶምን ኣብ መፊት ጲላጦስ እሱ ክፍትነዎ ዝወሰነ ከሆነ እንኳ ኣልካሉኹዎ።
