    13እንዲሁም ከኢየሩሳሌም ፊት ለፊት በጥፋት ተራራ በቀኝ ያሉ፣ የእስራኤል ንጉሥ ሰሎሞን ለሲዶናውያን ርኩሰት ሆነች ለአስቶሬት፣ ለሞዓባውያን ርኩሰት የሆነ ለኬሞሽ፣ ለአሞናውያን ርኩሰት የሆነ ለሚልኮም የሠራቸውን ከፍተኛ ቦታዎች ንጉሡ አረከሳቸው።

    14ምስሎቹን በቁርጭምጭር ሰበረ፤ አሸራዎቹንም ቈረጠ፤ ቦታቸውንም በሰው አጥንት ሞላ።

    15በቤቴል ያለውን መሠዊያ እንዲሁም ነባጥ ልጅ ዮሮቤዓም እስራኤልን እንዲበድል ያደረገውን ከፍተኛ ቦታ ደግሞ አፈረሰ፤ መሠዊያውንና ከፍተኛውን ቦታ አፈረሰ፤ ከፍተኛውን ቦታ አቃጠለ፣ እስኪለቅመድ አደረገው፤ አሸራውንም አቃጠለ።

    16ዮስያስም ተመለሰ ሲመለከት፣ በኰረብታው ያሉትን መቃብሮች አየ፤ ልኮ አጥንቶቹን ከመቃብሮቹ አወጡ በመሠዊያው ላይ አቃጠሏቸው መሠዊያውንም አረከሰ፤ ይህም የእግዚአብሔር ቃል እንደ ነበረ እንዳወጀው የእግዚአብሔር ሰው የተናገረው ነገር መሆኑን አሳየ።
