3But the Lord is faithful, who shall establish you, and guard you from the evil [one] .
11For I make known to you, brethren, as touching the gospel which was preached by me, that it is not after man.
2in hope of eternal life, which God, who cannot lie, promised before times eternal;
5and [this], not as we had hoped, but first they gave their own selves to the Lord, and to us through the will of God.

12Wherefore I shall be ready always to put you in remembrance of these things, though ye know them, and are established in the truth which is with [you] .
5And this is the message which we have heard from him and announce unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
2for the truth's sake which abideth in us, and it shall be with us for ever:
3giving no occasion of stumbling in anything, that our ministration be not blamed;
5to whom we gave place in the way of subjection, no, not for an hour; that the truth of the gospel might continue with you.
