'Hear the supplication of Your servant and of Your people Israel when they pray toward this place. Hear from heaven, Your dwelling place, and when You hear, forgive.'

26When the heavens are shut up and there is no rain because they have sinned against You, and they pray toward this place, confess Your name, and turn from their sins because You have afflicted them,
27then hear from heaven and forgive the sin of Your servants, Your people Israel. Teach them the right way to live and send rain on the land You have given to Your people as an inheritance.
31If someone sins against a neighbor and is asked to swear an oath, and they come and take the oath before Your altar in this house,
32then hear from heaven and act. Judge Your servants, condemning the guilty by bringing their conduct down on their own heads and vindicating the innocent by rewarding them according to their righteousness.
33When Your people Israel are defeated by an enemy because they have sinned against You, and if they turn back to You, confess Your name, pray, and plead with You in this house,
34then hear from heaven, forgive the sin of Your people Israel, and bring them back to the land You gave to their ancestors.
35When the heavens are shut up and there is no rain because they have sinned against You, if they pray toward this place, confess Your name, and turn from their sin because You have afflicted them,
36then hear from heaven and forgive the sin of Your servants and Your people Israel. Teach them the right way to live, and send rain on the land You gave Your people as an inheritance.
38And when they return to You with all their heart and soul in the land of their captivity where they were taken, and they pray toward the land You gave to their ancestors, the city You have chosen, and the house I have built for Your name,
39then hear from heaven, Your dwelling place, their prayer and their supplications. Uphold their cause and forgive Your people who have sinned against You.
40Now, my God, may Your eyes be open and Your ears attentive to the prayer offered in this place.
26'Now therefore, God of Israel, confirm the word that You have spoken to Your servant, my father David.'
27'But will God indeed dwell on the earth? Even the heavens, the highest heavens, cannot contain You. How much less this house that I have built!'
28'Yet regard the prayer of Your servant and his supplication, LORD my God. Listen to the cry and the prayer that Your servant prays before You today.'
29'May Your eyes be open toward this house day and night, toward the place of which You said, “My name shall be there,” to hear the prayer that Your servant prays toward this place.'
47and if they have a change of heart in the land where they are held captive, and repent and plead with You in the land of their captors, saying, 'We have sinned, we have done wrong, we have acted wickedly';
48and if they turn back to You with all their heart and soul in the land of their enemies who took them captive, and pray to You in the direction of the land You gave to their ancestors, the city You have chosen, and the temple I have built for Your name,
49then hear their prayer and their plea from heaven, Your dwelling place, and uphold their cause.
50Forgive Your people who have sinned against You; forgive all the offenses they have committed against You, and cause their captors to show them mercy,
29and when a prayer or plea is made by anyone among Your people Israel—each aware of their own affliction and pain, and spreading out their hands toward this house—
30then hear from heaven, Your dwelling place. Forgive and deal with everyone according to what they do, since You know their hearts (for You alone know the human heart).
31so that they may fear You and walk in Your ways all the days they live on the face of the earth, which You gave to our ancestors.
32Even concerning the foreigner who is not of Your people Israel but comes from a distant land because of Your great name, Your mighty hand, and Your outstretched arm—when they come and pray toward this house—
33then hear from heaven, from Your dwelling place. Do according to all that the foreigner asks of You, so that all the peoples of the earth may know Your name and fear You, as Your people Israel do, and may know that this house I have built is called by Your name.
34When Your people go out to war against their enemies, wherever You send them, and they pray to You toward this city which You have chosen and the house I have built for Your name,
35then hear from heaven their prayer and their plea, and uphold their cause.
38and when a prayer or plea is made by anyone among all Your people Israel—being aware of the afflictions in their own hearts and spreading out their hands toward this house—
39then hear from heaven, Your dwelling place. Forgive and act, and give to each one according to all they do, since You know their hearts (for You alone know every human heart),
52May Your eyes be open to Your servant’s plea and to the plea of Your people Israel, and may You listen to them whenever they call to You.
42for they will hear of Your great name, Your mighty hand, and Your outstretched arm. When they come and pray toward this house,
43then hear from heaven, Your dwelling place, and do according to all the foreigner asks You for, so that all the peoples of the earth may know Your name and fear You, as do Your people Israel, and may know that this house I have built is called by Your name.
44When Your people go out to fight against their enemies, wherever You send them, and when they pray to the LORD in the direction of the city You have chosen and the temple I have built for Your name,
45then hear from heaven their prayer and their plea, and uphold their cause.
15Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to the prayers offered in this place.
6let your ear be attentive and your eyes open to hear the prayer your servant is praying before you day and night for your servants, the people of Israel. I confess the sins we Israelites, including myself and my father’s family, have committed against you.
3The LORD said to him, 'I have heard your prayer and your plea that you made before Me. I have consecrated this temple you have built by putting My name there forever, and My eyes and My heart will always be there.'
8They have lived in it and have built in it a sanctuary for your name, saying,
9'If disaster comes upon us—whether the sword, judgment, plague, or famine—we will stand before this temple and in your presence (for your name is in this temple) and cry out to you in our distress, and you will hear us and save us.'
22Then Solomon stood before the altar of the LORD in the presence of all the assembly of Israel and spread out his hands toward heaven.
27For you, O LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, have revealed this to your servant, saying, 'I will build you a house.' Therefore your servant has found courage to pray this prayer to you.
59May these words of mine, which I have prayed before the LORD, be near to the LORD our God day and night, so that He may uphold the cause of His servant and the cause of His people Israel according to each day’s need.
27The priests and the Levites stood to bless the people, and God heard them, and their prayer reached His holy dwelling place in heaven.
25'And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses.'
