Elisha replied, "As surely as the LORD of Hosts lives, whom I serve, were it not for the presence of Jehoshaphat, king of Judah, I would not pay attention to you or even look at you."

18 Micaiah continued, 'Therefore hear the word of the LORD: I saw the LORD sitting on his throne, with all the host of heaven standing on his right and on his left.'

3 But the angel of the LORD told Elijah the Tishbite, 'Go up and meet the messengers of the king of Samaria and say to them, "Is it because there is no God in Israel that you are going to inquire of Baal-zebub, the god of Ekron?"'
32 When the chariot commanders saw Jehoshaphat, they thought, 'Surely this is the king of Israel.' So they turned to attack him. But Jehoshaphat cried out for help.
14 But Micaiah said, 'As surely as the LORD lives, I can only speak what the LORD tells me.'
4 So he said to Jehoshaphat, 'Will you go with me to fight against Ramoth Gilead?' Jehoshaphat answered the king of Israel, 'I am as you are, my people as your people, my horses as your horses.'

13 Meanwhile, a prophet approached Ahab, king of Israel, and said, 'This is what the LORD says: Do you see this vast army? I will give it into your hand today, and you will know that I am the LORD.'
13 A third time, the king sent a captain with fifty men. This third captain approached, fell on his knees before Elijah, and pleaded with him, 'Man of God, please let my life and the lives of these fifty servants of yours be precious in your eyes.'
14 He continued, 'Behold, fire has come down from heaven and consumed the first two captains and their men. But now, please let my life be valuable in your eyes.'
15 The angel of the LORD said to Elijah, 'Go down with him; do not be afraid of him.' So Elijah got up and went down with him to the king.
16 Elijah said to the king, 'This is what the LORD says: "You have sent messengers to inquire of Baal-zebub, the god of Ekron—is it because there is no God in Israel to consult? Because of this, you will not leave the bed you are lying on. You will surely die."'
30 Now the king of Aram had commanded his chariot commanders, 'Do not fight with anyone, small or great, except the king of Israel.'
31 When the chariot commanders saw Jehoshaphat, they thought, 'This is the king of Israel!' So they turned to attack him. But Jehoshaphat cried out, and the LORD helped him; God diverted them away from him.
9 The king of Israel and Jehoshaphat king of Judah, dressed in their royal robes, were sitting on their thrones at the threshing floor by the entrance of the gate of Samaria, and all the prophets were prophesying before them.
17 Then Elisha prayed, "LORD, please open his eyes so that he may see." The LORD opened the servant's eyes, and he saw that the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire surrounding Elisha.
2 The officer on whose arm the king was leaning replied to the man of God, "Even if the Lord were to open the floodgates of heaven, could this happen?" Elisha answered, "You will see it with your own eyes, but you will not eat any of it."
15 He said: 'Listen, all you people of Judah and Jerusalem! Listen, King Jehoshaphat! This is what the LORD says: Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God’s.'
30 But the boy’s mother said, 'As surely as the LORD lives and as you yourself live, I will not leave you.' So he got up and followed her.
