    7I made you grow like a plant of the field. You grew and became tall and reached the age of maturity. Your breasts were formed, and your hair grew, but you were still naked and bare.

    8Then I passed by you again and saw you, and behold, you were at the age for love. So I spread the corner of my garment over you and covered your nakedness. I made my vow to you, entered into a covenant with you, declares the Lord GOD, and you became mine.

    9Then I washed you with water and rinsed the blood from you and anointed you with oil.

    10I clothed you with embroidered garments, put sandals of fine leather on you, wrapped you in fine linen, and covered you with silk.
