In the same way, no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. 12 Now, we have not received the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may understand what has been freely given to us by God. 13 We also speak these things, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit—explaining spiritual truths to spiritual people. 14 But the natural person does not accept the things of God's Spirit, because they are foolishness to him. He cannot understand them because they are spiritually discerned. 15 The spiritual person examines all things, but he himself is not subject to being examined by anyone.
