5Their buyers slaughter them without remorse, and those who sell them say, 'Blessed be the LORD, for I am rich.' Their own shepherds show no pity on them.
7Awake, O sword, against My shepherd and against the man who is My companion, declares the LORD of hosts. Strike the shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered; and I will turn My hand against the little ones.
5So they were scattered because there was no shepherd, and they became food for all the wild animals; they were scattered.
6My sheep wandered over all the mountains and on every high hill. My flock was scattered over the whole earth, and no one searched or looked for them.
7Therefore, you shepherds, hear the word of the LORD:
8'As surely as I live,' declares the Lord GOD, 'because My flock has become prey and My flock has become food for every wild animal since there was no shepherd and My shepherds did not search for My flock, but the shepherds fed themselves and did not feed My flock,
9therefore, you shepherds, hear the word of the LORD.
10This is what the Lord GOD says, 'Behold, I am against the shepherds, and I will demand My flock from their hand and stop them from shepherding My flock. The shepherds will no longer feed themselves, for I will rescue My flock from their mouths, so it will no longer be food for them.'
11For this is what the Lord GOD says: 'Behold, I Myself will search for My flock and look after them.
1Woe to the shepherds who destroy and scatter the sheep of My pasture, declares the LORD.
2Therefore, this is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says concerning the shepherds who tend My people: You have scattered My flock and driven them away, and you have not attended to them. Behold, I am about to punish you for your evil deeds, declares the LORD.
34Weep and wail, you shepherds, cry out! Roll in the dust, you leaders of the flock, for your time to be slaughtered has come. You will fall like a precious vessel.
35The shepherds will have no refuge, and the leaders of the flock will find no escape.
36Hear the cry of the shepherds, the wailing of the leaders of the flock, for the LORD is destroying their pasture.
1The word of the LORD came to me, saying,
2Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel. Prophesy and say to them, the shepherds: This is what the Lord GOD says, 'Woe to the shepherds of Israel who have been feeding themselves! Should not shepherds feed the flock?
3You eat the fat, wear the wool, and slaughter the fattened animals, but you do not feed the flock.
15But the Lord took me from tending the flock and said to me, 'Go, prophesy to My people Israel.'
14Then I broke my second staff called Union, breaking the bond of brotherhood between Judah and Israel.
2For the household idols speak deceit, and the diviners see false visions. They tell deceitful dreams and offer empty comfort. Therefore, the people wander like sheep, oppressed because they have no shepherd.
3My anger burns against the shepherds, and I will punish the leaders. For the LORD of Hosts cares for His flock, the house of Judah, and will make them like a splendid warhorse.
21The shepherds are senseless and do not seek the Lord; therefore they do not prosper, and all their flock is scattered.
4I will appoint shepherds over them who will care for them, and they will no longer be afraid or dismayed, nor will any be missing, declares the LORD.
15I Myself will tend My flock and cause them to lie down, declares the Lord GOD.
16I will seek the lost, bring back the scattered, bind up the injured, and strengthen the weak. But the fat and the strong I will destroy—I will shepherd them with justice.
17As for you, My flock, this is what the Lord GOD says: Behold, I will judge between one sheep and another, between the rams and the male goats.

14Shepherd your people with your staff, the flock of your inheritance, who live alone in a forest in the midst of Carmel. Let them graze in Bashan and Gilead as they did in days of old.
23I will place over them one shepherd, My servant David, and he will tend them; he will tend them and be their shepherd.
