Transliteration

And-hāyāh in-yôm hanḥîlô [direct object] bānāw [direct object] that-yihyeh to-him, not yûkal to-bakkēr [direct object] ben-the-ʾăhûbāh over-pənê ben-the-śənûʾāh the-bəkōr.
