Transliteration

And these malkê the ʾāreṣ which hikkāh yəhôšuaʿ and bənê yiśrāʾēl in ʿēber the yardēn yāmmāh from baʿal gād in biqʿat the ləbānôn and unto the hār the ḥālāq the ʿōleh śēʿîrāh and wayyittənāh yəhôšuaʿ to šibṭê yiśrāʾēl yəruššāh according to maḥləqōtām
