12 Nowe she is without, nowe in the streetes, and lyeth in waite at euery corner)
13 So she caught him & kissed him and with an impudent face said vnto him,
34 Blessed is the man that heareth mee, watching dayly at my gates, & giuing attendance at the postes of my doores.
4 O men, I call vnto you, and vtter my voyce to the children of men.
26 Then shall her gates mourne and lament, and she, being desolate, shall sit vpon the ground.

2 I will rise therefore nowe, and goe about in the citie, by the streetes and by the open places, and wil seeke him that my soule loueth: I sought him, but I found him not.
3 The watchmen that went about the citie, found mee: to whome I said, Haue you seene him, whome my soule loueth?
19 Open ye vnto me the gates of righteousnes, that I may goe into them, & praise the Lord.
20 This is the gate of the Lord: the righteous shall enter into it.
18 Surely her house tendeth to death, and her paths vnto the dead.
7 As the fountaine casteth out her waters, so she casteth out her malice: crueltie and spoyle is continually heard in her before me with sorowe and strokes.
16 Then cried a wise woman out of the citie, Heare, heare, I pray you, say vnto Ioab, Come thou hither, that I may speake with thee.
26 So the woman came in the dawning of the day, and fell downe at the doore of the mans house where her Lord was, till the light day.
4 And the doores shall be shut without by the base sound of the grinding, and he shall rise vp at the voice of the birde: and all the daughters of singing shall be abased.
21 Thus with her great craft she caused him to yeelde, and with her flattering lips she entised him.
2 She weepeth continually in the night, and her teares runne downe by her cheekes: among all her louers, she hath none to comfort her: all her friendes haue delt vnfaithfully with her, and are her enemies.
10 Day and night they goe about it vpon the walles thereof: both iniquitie and mischiefe are in the middes of it.
11 Wickednes is in the middes thereof: deceit and guile depart not from her streetes.
7 The watchmen that went about the citie, founde me: they smote me and wounded me: the watchmen of the walles tooke away my vaile from me.
8 Exalt her, and she shall exalt thee: she shall bring thee to honour, if thou embrace her.
10 Who is shee that looketh foorth as the morning, fayre as the moone, pure as the sunne, terrible as an armie with banners!
9 If shee be a wall, we will builde vpon her a siluer palace: and if she be a doore, we wil keepe her in with bordes of cedar.
