18For if the inheritance be of the Lawe, it is no more by the promise, but God gaue it freely vnto Abraham by promise.
9Came this blessednesse then vpon the circumcision onely, or vpon the vncircumcision also? For we say, that faith was imputed vnto Abraham for righteousnesse.
10Howe was it then imputed? when he was circumcised, or vncircumcised? not when he was cricumcised, but when he was vncircumcised.
11After, he receiued the signe of circumcision, as the seale of the righteousnesse of ye faith which he had, when he was vncircumcised, that he should be the father of all them that beleeue, not being circumcised, that righteousnesse might be imputed to them also,
12And the father of circumcision, not vnto them onely which are of the circumcision, but vnto them also that walke in the steppes of the faith of our father Abraham, which he had when he was vncircumcised.

2For if Abraham were iustified by workes, he hath wherein to reioyce, but not with God.
3For what saith the Scripture? Abraham beleeued God, and it was counted to him for righteousnesse.
4Nowe to him that worketh, the wages is not counted by fauour, but by dette:
5But to him that worketh not, but beleeueth in him that iustifieth the vngodly, his faith is counted for righteousnesse.
6Euen as Dauid declareth the blessednesse of the man, vnto whom God imputeth righteousnes without workes, saying,
6Yea rather as Abraham beleeued God, and it was imputed to him for righteousnes.
7Knowe ye therefore, that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.
8For the Scripture foreseeing, that God would iustifie the Gentiles through faith, preached before the Gospel vnto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all the Gentiles be blessed.
9So then they which be of faith, are blessed with faithfull Abraham.
21Is the Lawe then against the promises of God? God forbid: For if there had bene a Lawe giuen which coulde haue giuen life, surely righteousnes should haue bene by the Lawe.
7Neither are they all children, because they are the seede of Abraham: but, In Isaac shall thy seede be called:
8That is, they which are the children of the flesh, are not the children of God: but the children of the promes, are counted for the seede.
29And if ye be Christes, then are ye Abrahams seede, and heires by promes.
30What shall we say then? That the Gentiles which folowed not righteousnes, haue attained vnto righteousnes, euen the righteousnes which is of faith.
22And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousnesse.
23Nowe it is not written for him onely, that it was imputed to him for righteousnesse,
27Where is then the reioycing? It is excluded. By what Lawe? of woorkes? Nay: but by the Lawe of faith.
28Therefore we conclude, that a man is iustified by faith, without the workes of the Lawe.
11And that no man is iustified by the Law in the sight of God, it is euident: for the iust shall liue by faith.
12And the Lawe is not of faith: but the man that shall doe those things, shall liue in them.
16Knowe that a man is not iustified by the works of the Law, but by ye faith of Iesus Christ, euen we, I say, haue beleeued in Iesus Christ, that we might be iustified by the faith of Christ, & not by the workes of the Lawe, because that by the workes of the Lawe, no flesh shalbe iustified.

13For when God made the promise to Abraham, because he had no greater to sweare by, he sware by himselfe,
22For it is written, that Abraham had two sonnes, one by a seruant, and one by a free woman.
23But he which was of the seruant, was borne after the flesh: and he which was of the free woman, was borne by promes.
9And might bee founde in him, that is, not hauing mine owne righteousnesse, which is of the Lawe, but that which is through the faith of Christ, euen the righteousnesse which is of God through faith,
22To wit, the righteousnesse of God by the faith of Iesus Christ, vnto all, and vpon all that beleeue.
6But he whose kindred is not couted among them, receiued tithes of Abraham, and blessed him that had the promises.
28Therefore, brethren, wee are after the maner of Isaac, children of the promes.
4For Christ is the end of the Law for righteousnes vnto euery one that beleeueth.
5And hee gaue him none inheritance in it, no, not the bredth of a foote: yet he promised that he would giue it to him for a possession, and to his seede after him, when as yet hee had no childe.
