16Do not consider your maidservant a wicked woman: for out of the abundance of my complaint and grief have I spoken until now.
17Then Eli answered and said, Go in peace: and the God of Israel grant you your petition that you have asked of him.
18And she said, Let your maidservant find favor in your sight. So the woman went her way, and did eat, and her countenance was no longer sad.
19And they rose up in the morning early, and worshipped before the LORD, and returned, and came to their house at Ramah: and Elkanah knew Hannah his wife, and the LORD remembered her.
20So it came to pass, when the time had come about after Hannah had conceived, that she bore a son, and called his name Samuel, saying, Because I have asked him of the LORD.
21And the man Elkanah, and all his house, went up to offer to the LORD the yearly sacrifice, and his vow.
22But Hannah did not go up; for she said to her husband, I will not go up until the child is weaned, and then I will bring him, that he may appear before the LORD, and there abide forever.
23And Elkanah her husband said to her, Do what seems good to you; wait until you have weaned him; only let the LORD establish his word. So the woman remained at home and nursed her son until she weaned him.
24And when she had weaned him, she took him up with her, with three bulls, and one ephah of flour, and a bottle of wine, and brought him to the house of the LORD in Shiloh: and the child was young.
25And they slaughtered a bull, and brought the child to Eli.
26And she said, Oh my lord, as your soul lives, my lord, I am the woman that stood by you here, praying to the LORD.
27For this child I prayed; and the LORD has granted me my petition which I asked of him:
28Therefore I have also lent him to the LORD; as long as he lives he shall be lent to the LORD. And he worshipped the LORD there.
19Moreover, his mother made him a little coat, and brought it to him each year, when she came up with her husband to offer the yearly sacrifice.
20And Eli blessed Elkanah and his wife, and said, The LORD give you descendants from this woman for the loan which is lent to the LORD. And they went to their own home.

29And for a sacrifice of peace offerings, two oxen, five rams, five male goats, five lambs of the first year: this was the offering of Eliab the son of Helon.
4And his sons would go and feast in their houses, each on his appointed day, and they would send and call for their three sisters to eat and to drink with them.
4The firstfruits of your grain, of your wine, and of your oil, and the first of the fleece of your sheep, you shall give him.
