6 Jonathan said to the young man who carried his armor, "Come, let us go over to the garrison of these uncircumcised; it may be that the LORD will work for us, for there is no restraint to the LORD to save by many or by few."

40 And Jonathan gave his weapons to his lad, and said to him, Go, carry them to the city.
37 David said moreover, The LORD who delivered me from the paw of the lion and from the paw of the bear will deliver me from the hand of this Philistine. Saul said to David, Go, and the LORD be with you.
7 And let it be, when these signs come to you, that you do as the occasion demands; for God is with you.

4 And Jonathan stripped himself of the robe that was on him and gave it to David, along with his garments, even to his sword, and to his bow, and to his belt.
10 But if you fear to go down, go with Phurah your servant down to the army.
11 And you shall hear what they say, and afterward your hands shall be strengthened to go down to the army. Then he went down with Phurah his servant to the outposts of the armed men who were in the camp.
13 Be of good courage, and let us behave ourselves valiantly for our people, and for the cities of our God; and let the LORD do what is good in his sight.
35 And it came to pass in the morning, that Jonathan went out into the field at the time appointed with David, and a little lad with him.
22 So it came to pass on the day of battle, that there was neither sword nor spear found in the hand of any of the people that were with Saul and Jonathan; but they were found with Saul and Jonathan his son.
7 And Jonathan called David, and Jonathan showed him all those things. And Jonathan brought David to Saul, and he was in his presence, as in times past.
9 And it happened, that when he turned his back to go from Samuel, God gave him another heart: and all those signs came to pass that day.
4 Then Saul said to his armor-bearer, "Draw your sword, and thrust me through with it, lest these uncircumcised come and thrust me through, and abuse me." But his armor-bearer would not, for he was greatly afraid. Therefore Saul took a sword and fell upon it.
5 When his armor-bearer saw that Saul was dead, he also fell upon his sword and died with him.

8 Therefore you shall deal kindly with your servant; for you have brought your servant into a covenant of the LORD with you: nevertheless, if there is in me iniquity, slay me yourself; for why should you bring me to your father?
6 And the young man who told him said, As I happened by chance upon Mount Gilboa, behold, Saul leaned upon his spear; and the chariots and horsemen followed hard after him.
16 And Jonathan, Saul's son, arose, and went to David in the forest, and strengthened his hand in God.
17 And he said to him, Fear not; for the hand of Saul my father shall not find you; and you shall be king over Israel, and I shall be next to you; and that also Saul my father knows.
11 And he said, If the Syrians are too strong for me, then you shall help me: but if the children of Ammon are too strong for you, then I will come to help you.
12 Be of good courage, and let us be valiant for our people, and for the cities of our God: and the LORD do what seems good to him.
4 Then Saul said to his armor-bearer, 'Draw your sword and thrust me through with it, lest these uncircumcised come and abuse me.' But his armor-bearer would not, for he was very afraid. So Saul took a sword and fell upon it.
5 And when his armor-bearer saw that Saul was dead, he likewise fell on the sword and died.
37 And when the lad came to the place of the arrow which Jonathan had shot, Jonathan cried after the lad, and said, Is not the arrow beyond you?
26 But if he says thus, I have no delight in you; behold, here am I, let him do to me as seems good to him.
42 And Jonathan said to David, Go in peace, forasmuch as we have sworn both of us in the name of the LORD, saying, The LORD be between me and you, and between my descendants and your descendants forever. And he arose and departed: and Jonathan went into the city.
