16So Jehu rode in a chariot, and went to Jezreel; for Joram lay there. And Ahaziah king of Judah had come down to see Joram.
17And there stood a watchman on the tower in Jezreel, and he saw the company of Jehu as he came, and said, I see a company. And Joram said, Take a horseman, and send to meet them, and let him say, Is it peace?
18So there went one on horseback to meet him, and said, Thus says the king, Is it peace? And Jehu said, What do you have to do with peace? Turn in behind me. And the watchman reported, saying, The messenger reached them, but he has not returned.
19Then he sent another on horseback, who came to them, and said, Thus says the king, Is it peace? And Jehu answered, What do you have to do with peace? Turn in behind me.

14And when he came to the king, the king said to him, Micaiah, shall we go to Ramoth-gilead to battle, or shall I refrain? And he said, Go up, and prosper; they shall be delivered into your hand.
15So he came to the king. And the king said to him, Micaiah, shall we go against Ramothgilead to battle, or shall we refrain? And he answered him, Go, and prosper: for the Lord shall deliver it into the king’s hand.
14So he departed from Elisha, and came to his master; who said to him, "What did Elisha say to you?" And he answered, "He told me that you should surely recover."
2And after some years he went down to Ahab in Samaria. And Ahab killed sheep and oxen for him in abundance, and for the people with him, and persuaded him to go up with him to Ramoth-gilead.
5He also followed their counsel and went with Jehoram the son of Ahab, king of Israel, to war against Hazael king of Syria at Ramoth-gilead, and the Syrians wounded Joram.
25Then said Jehu to Bidkar his captain, Pick him up, and throw him in the plot of the field of Naboth the Jezreelite: for remember how, when I and you rode together after Ahab his father, the LORD uttered this oracle against him;

12And it shall come to pass, as soon as I am gone from you, that the Spirit of the LORD shall carry you where I know not; and so when I come and tell Ahab, and he cannot find you, he shall slay me: but I your servant have feared the LORD from my youth.
9Then the king sent to him a captain of fifty with his fifty. And he went up to him, and behold, he sat on the top of a hill. And he spoke to him, Man of God, the king has said, Come down.
