    28But there is a God in heaven that reveals secrets, and makes known to King Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days. Your dream, and the visions of your head upon your bed, are these.

    29As for you, O king, your thoughts came into your mind upon your bed, what should come to pass hereafter: and he who reveals secrets makes known to you what shall come to pass.

    30But as for me, this secret is not revealed to me for any wisdom that I have more than any living, but for their sakes who shall make known the interpretation to the king, and that you might understand the thoughts of your heart.

  • 8Then all the king's wise men came in, but they could not read the writing, nor make known to the king the interpretation.

  • 5Then these men said, We shall not find any occasion against this Daniel, unless we find it against him concerning the law of his God.

  • 10That they may offer sacrifices of sweet aroma to the God of heaven, and pray for the life of the king and of his sons.

  • 28So this Daniel prospered in the reign of Darius and in the reign of Cyrus the Persian.

  • 3Behold, you are wiser than Daniel; there is no secret that they can hide from you:

  • 2And over these, three presidents, of whom Daniel was first, so that the princes might give accounts to them, and the king should suffer no loss.

  • 1In the third year of Cyrus, king of Persia, a message was revealed to Daniel, whose name was called Belteshazzar; and the message was true, but the time appointed was long; and he understood the message and had understanding of the vision.

  • 47The king answered and said to Daniel, Truly, your God is the God of gods, and the Lord of kings, and a revealer of secrets, seeing you could reveal this secret.
