12 Then he said to me, Fear not, Daniel; for from the first day that you set your heart to understand and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to your words.
7 And I heard the man clothed in linen, who was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand to heaven, and swore by him who lives forever that it shall be for a time, times, and half a time; and when he has finished scattering the power of the holy people, all these things shall be completed.
8 And I heard, but I did not understand: then I said, "O my Lord, what shall be the end of these things?"
9 And he said, "Go your way, Daniel; for the words are closed up and sealed until the time of the end."
15 I, Daniel, was grieved in my spirit within my body, and the visions of my mind troubled me.
16 I came near to one of those who stood by, and asked him the truth of all this. So he told me, and made me know the interpretation of the things.
1 And he said to me, Son of man, stand on your feet, and I will speak to you.

26 And the vision of the evening and the morning which was told is true: therefore shut up the vision; for it shall be for many days.
27 And I Daniel fainted, and was sick for several days; afterward I rose up, and did the king's business; and I was astonished at the vision, but none understood it.
3 And it was according to the appearance of the vision I saw, like the vision I saw when I came to destroy the city; and the visions were like the vision I saw by the River Chebar, and I fell on my face.
13 I saw in the night visions, and behold, one like the Son of Man came with the clouds of heaven and came to the Ancient of Days, and they brought him near before him.
