8Therefore I was left alone and saw this great vision, and there remained no strength in me; for my vigor was turned to frailty in me, and I retained no strength.

13But the prince of the kingdom of Persia resisted me for twenty-one days; but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I was left there with the kings of Persia.
14Now I have come to make you understand what will happen to your people in the latter days; for the vision is yet for the days to come.
15And when he had spoken such words to me, I set my face toward the ground, and became speechless.
16And, behold, one in the likeness of the sons of men touched my lips; then I opened my mouth, and spoke, and said to him who stood before me, O my lord, because of the vision, my sorrows overwhelm me, and I have retained no strength.
19Then was the secret revealed to Daniel in a night vision. Then Daniel blessed the God of heaven.
18Then there came again and touched me one in the appearance of a man, and he strengthened me,
19And said, O man greatly beloved, fear not; peace be to you, be strong, yea, be strong. And when he had spoken to me, I was strengthened, and said, Let my lord speak, for you have strengthened me.
20Then he said, Do you know why I have come to you? And now I must return to fight with the prince of Persia; and when I am gone forth, lo, the prince of Greece will come.
21But I will show you what is noted in the Scripture of truth; and no one stands with me in these things, but Michael your prince.
1In the third year of the reign of King Belshazzar, a vision appeared to me, even to me Daniel, after the one that appeared to me at the first.
2And I saw in a vision; and it happened, when I saw, that I was at Shushan in the palace, which is in the province of Elam; and I saw in a vision, and I was by the river of Ulai.
2In the first year of his reign, I, Daniel, understood from the books the number of the years, as spoken by the word of the LORD to Jeremiah the prophet, that He would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem.
3And I set my face toward the Lord God, to seek by prayer and petitions, with fasting, sackcloth, and ashes:
15I, Daniel, was grieved in my spirit within my body, and the visions of my mind troubled me.
16I came near to one of those who stood by, and asked him the truth of all this. So he told me, and made me know the interpretation of the things.
5And at the evening sacrifice I arose from my heaviness, and having torn my garment and my mantle, I fell upon my knees and spread out my hands to the LORD my God,
10Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house; and his windows being open in his chamber toward Jerusalem, he knelt on his knees three times a day, and prayed, and gave thanks before his God, as he did before.
11Then these men assembled, and found Daniel praying and making supplication before his God.
19The angel answering said to him, I am Gabriel, who stands in the presence of God, and was sent to speak to you and bring you these glad tidings.

13I saw in the night visions, and behold, one like the Son of Man came with the clouds of heaven and came to the Ancient of Days, and they brought him near before him.
11An angel of the Lord appeared to him, standing on the right side of the altar of incense.
1And the angel who talked with me came again and woke me, as a man who is awakened from his sleep,
22Now the hand of the LORD was upon me in the evening, before the one who had escaped came; and had opened my mouth, until he came to me in the morning; and my mouth was opened, and I was no longer mute.
24Afterward the spirit took me up and brought me in a vision by the Spirit of God into Chaldea, to those of the captivity. So the vision that I had seen went up from me.
