17And all the congregation of those who had returned from captivity made booths and sat under the booths; for since the days of Joshua the son of Nun until that day, the children of Israel had not done so. And there was very great gladness.

36And they delivered the king's decrees to the king's lieutenants, and to the governors on this side of the river; and they supported the people and the house of God.
2When they sent to the house of God Sherezer and Regemmelech, and their men, to pray before the LORD,
3And to speak to the priests who were in the house of the LORD of hosts, and to the prophets, saying, Should I weep in the fifth month, separating myself, as I have done these many years?
3Therefore, let us make a covenant with our God to put away all these wives and their children, according to the advice of my lord and those who tremble at the command of our God. Let it be done according to the law.
21And the children of Israel who had returned from captivity, and all those who had separated themselves unto them from the impurity of the heathen of the land, to seek the Lord God of Israel, ate,
6Then the LORD said to me, Proclaim all these words in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem, saying, Hear the words of this covenant, and do them.
22They shall be carried to Babylon, and there they shall be until the day that I visit them, says the LORD; then I will bring them up, and restore them to this place.
3And they said to me, The remnant that are left of the captivity there in the province are in great affliction and reproach: the wall of Jerusalem also is broken down, and its gates are burned with fire.
15And they gathered their brethren, sanctified themselves, and came according to the commandment of the king, by the words of the LORD, to cleanse the house of the LORD.
17Then I said to them, You see the distress that we are in, how Jerusalem lies waste, and its gates are burned with fire. Come, let us build up the wall of Jerusalem, that we may no longer be a reproach.
