12As many as desire to make a good appearance in the flesh, they compel you to be circumcised; only to avoid suffering persecution for the cross of Christ.

14But God forbid that I should boast, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified to me, and I to the world.

2Behold, I, Paul, say to you, that if you are circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing.
15Where then is that blessing you spoke of? For I bear you witness that, if possible, you would have plucked out your own eyes and given them to me.
2For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified.
3But if our gospel is hidden, it is hidden to those who are lost:
4In whom the god of this world has blinded the minds of those who do not believe, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
3But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve through his craftiness, so your minds might be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
4For if someone comes and preaches another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if you receive a different spirit, which you have not received, or a different gospel, which you have not accepted, you might well bear with him.
4And that because of false brethren stealthily brought in, who came in secretly to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage:
20But you have not so learned Christ,
21If indeed you have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus:
4And this I say, lest anyone should beguile you with enticing words.
14But when I saw that they were not straightforward about the truth of the gospel, I said to Peter before them all, If you, being a Jew, live in the manner of Gentiles and not as the Jews, why do you compel the Gentiles to live as the Jews?
8Beware lest anyone spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the basic principles of the world, and not after Christ.
17But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is Christ therefore a minister of sin? God forbid.
20I have been crucified with Christ; nevertheless, I live, yet not I, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
2You know that you were Gentiles, carried away to these mute idols, even as you were led.
13Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us, for it is written: 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.'
18Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you seems to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.
19For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He catches the wise in their own craftiness.
11And I, brethren, if I still preach circumcision, why do I still suffer persecution? Then the offense of the cross has ceased.
24And those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
2And all the brothers who are with me, to the churches of Galatia:
14But their minds were blinded: for until this day, the same veil remains untaken away in the reading of the old covenant; which veil is done away in Christ.
