13And it came to pass, when God caused me to wander from my father's house, that I said to her, This is your kindness which you shall show unto me; at every place where we shall come, say of me, He is my brother.
9And Abimelech called Isaac, and said, Behold, certainly she is your wife: and how did you say, She is my sister? And Isaac said to him, Because I said, Lest I die for her.
10And Abimelech said, What is this you have done to us? one of the people might easily have lain with your wife, and you would have brought guilt upon us.
11And Abimelech charged all his people, saying, He who touches this man or his wife shall surely be put to death.
8But he refused, and said to his master's wife, Behold, my master does not concern himself with what is with me in the house, and he has committed all that he has to my care;
9There is none greater in this house than I; neither has he kept back anything from me except you, because you are his wife: how then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God?
12And he said, Do not lay your hand upon the boy, nor do anything to him: for now I know that you fear God, seeing you have not withheld your son, your only son from me.

6And you know that with all my strength I have served your father.
7And your father has deceived me, and changed my wages ten times; but God did not allow him to harm me.

23Now therefore swear to me by God that you will not deal falsely with me, nor with my son, nor with my grandson. But according to the kindness that I have done to you, you shall do to me, and to the land in which you have sojourned.
2And the LORD appeared to him, and said, Do not go down to Egypt; live in the land which I shall tell you of:
13Say, I pray you, you are my sister: that it may be well with me for your sake; and my soul shall live because of you.
9So God has taken away the cattle of your father and given them to me.
24And the LORD appeared to him the same night, and said, I am the God of Abraham your father: fear not, for I am with you, and will bless you, and multiply your descendants for my servant Abraham's sake.
