17Evening and morning and at noon I will pray and cry aloud, and He shall hear my voice.
11For I called for a drought on the land and the mountains, on the grain and the new wine and the oil, on whatever the ground brings forth, on men and livestock, and on all the labor of your hands.
16The LORD also shall roar out of Zion and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake. But the LORD will be the hope of his people and the strength of the children of Israel.
