13 And Samuel said to Saul, You have done foolishly; you have not kept the commandment of the LORD your God, which he commanded you: for now the LORD would have established your kingdom upon Israel forever.
14 But now your kingdom shall not continue: the LORD has sought for Himself a man after His own heart, and the LORD has appointed him to be captain over His people, because you have not kept what the LORD commanded you.
9 Blessed be the LORD your God, who delighted in you, to set you on the throne of Israel: because the LORD loved Israel forever, therefore he made you king, to do justice and righteousness.
10 And since the time that I commanded judges to be over my people Israel. Moreover, I will subdue all your enemies. Furthermore, I tell you that the LORD will build you a house.

16 And when all Israel saw that the king would not listen to them, the people answered the king, saying, What part have we in David? And we have no inheritance in the son of Jesse: every man to your tents, O Israel; and now, David, see to your own house. So all Israel went to their tents.
10 And the king said, Whoever says anything to you, bring him to me, and he shall not touch you anymore.
