28And it shall come to pass, that just as I have watched over them, to uproot, to break down, to throw down, and to destroy, and to harm; so will I watch over them, to build and to plant, says the LORD.

18I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the midst of the valleys: I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.
4For so the LORD said to me, I will take my rest, and I will observe in my dwelling place like a clear heat on herbs, and like a cloud of dew in the heat of harvest.
5For before the harvest, when the bud is perfect, and the sour grape is ripening in the flower, he shall both cut off the sprigs with pruning hooks, and take away and cut down the branches.
5He also took some of the seed of the land and planted it in a fertile field; he placed it by great waters, and set it as a willow tree.
6And it grew and became a spreading vine of low stature, whose branches turned toward him, and its roots were under him: so it became a vine and brought forth branches and shot forth sprigs.
