    13Therefore, thus says the Lord GOD: I will rend it with a stormy wind in my fury; there shall be an overflowing shower in my anger, and great hailstones in my fury to consume it.

    14So will I break down the wall that you have daubed with untempered mortar, and bring it down to the ground, so that its foundation shall be discovered, and it shall fall, and you shall be consumed in its midst; and you shall know that I am the LORD.

    15Thus will I accomplish my wrath upon the wall and upon those who daubed it with untempered mortar, and will say to you, 'The wall is no more, nor are those who daubed it.'

  • 13Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth will move out of its place, in the wrath of the LORD of hosts, and in the day of his fierce anger.

  • 17But you have fulfilled the judgment of the wicked: judgment and justice take hold on you.

  • 12And the fortress of the high fort of your walls will He bring down, lay low, and bring to the ground, even to the dust.

  • 3If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?

  • 7You who turn judgment to wormwood, and leave off righteousness in the earth,

  • 36Therefore thus says the LORD: Behold, I will plead your cause, and take vengeance for you; and I will dry up her sea and make her springs dry.

  • 8But with an overflowing flood he will make an utter end of its place, and darkness shall pursue his enemies.

  • 20So that the fish of the sea, and the birds of the sky, and the beasts of the field, and all creeping things that creep upon the earth, and all the men that are upon the face of the earth, shall shake at my presence, and the mountains shall be thrown down, and the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground.

  • 18And surely the mountain falling comes to nothing, and the rock is removed out of its place.

  • 21For behold, the LORD comes out of His place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity; the earth also will disclose her blood and will no more cover her slain.

  • 19For thus says the Lord GOD: When I shall make you a desolate city, like the cities that are not inhabited, when I shall bring up the deep upon you, and great waters shall cover you,

  • 21And it shall come to pass in that day, that the LORD shall punish the host of the high ones who are on high, and the kings of the earth on the earth.

  • 6Therefore I will make Samaria a heap of the field, and as the plantings of a vineyard: and I will pour down her stones into the valley, and I will uncover her foundations.

  • 31Therefore have I poured out My indignation upon them; I have consumed them with the fire of My wrath: their own way have I recompensed upon their heads, says the Lord GOD.
