Isaiah 39:3
Then Isaiah the prophet came to King Hezekiah and said to him, What did these men say and from where did they come to you? And Hezekiah said, They have come to me from a far country, from Babylon.

1In the fourteenth year of King Hezekiah, Sennacherib king of Assyria came up against all the fortified cities of Judah and took them.
13Then Rabshakeh stood and called out with a loud voice in the Jews' language and said, Hear the words of the great king, the king of Assyria!
31However, concerning the ambassadors of the princes of Babylon, who sent to him to inquire about the wonder that was done in the land, God left him, to test him, that He might know all that was in his heart.
