22Thus the LORD saved Hezekiah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem from the hand of Sennacherib king of Assyria and from the hand of all others, and guided them on every side.
23Many brought gifts to the LORD at Jerusalem and presents to Hezekiah king of Judah, so that he was exalted in the sight of all nations from that time on.
8So Rabshakeh returned, and found the king of Assyria warring against Libnah: for he had heard that he had departed from Lachish.

18Then they cried out with a loud voice in the language of Judah to the people of Jerusalem on the wall, to frighten them and to trouble them, that they might capture the city.
4Then the word of the LORD came to Isaiah, saying,

17Incline Your ear, O LORD, and hear; open Your eyes, O LORD, and see: and hear all the words of Sennacherib, which he has sent to reproach the living God.
32Therefore thus says the LORD concerning the king of Assyria, He shall not come into this city, nor shoot an arrow there, nor come before it with shield, nor cast a siege mound against it.

26However, Hezekiah humbled himself for the pride of his heart, both he and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, so that the wrath of the LORD did not come upon them in the days of Hezekiah.
9In the fourth year of King Hezekiah, which was the seventh year of Hoshea son of Elah king of Israel, Shalmaneser king of Assyria came up against Samaria and besieged it.
8And when Hezekiah and the princes came and saw the heaps, they blessed the LORD and his people Israel.
13Then Rabshakeh stood and called out with a loud voice in the Jews' language and said, Hear the words of the great king, the king of Assyria!
30This same Hezekiah also stopped the upper watercourse of Gihon and brought it straight down to the west side of the city of David. And Hezekiah prospered in all his works.
4And he took the fortified cities of Judah, and came to Jerusalem.
33Therefore thus says the LORD concerning the king of Assyria, He shall not come into this city, nor shoot an arrow there, nor come before it with shields, nor build a siege ramp against it.
