Thus says the LORD to His anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have held, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the double doors; and the gates shall not be shut.

25That I will break the Assyrian in my land, and upon my mountains tread him underfoot: then shall his yoke depart from off them, and his burden depart from off their shoulders.
26This is the purpose that is purposed upon the whole earth: and this is the hand that is stretched out upon all the nations.
11For the LORD spoke thus to me with a strong hand, and instructed me that I should not walk in the way of this people, saying,
4And I will bring back to this place Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah, with all the captives of Judah who went to Babylon, says the LORD: for I will break the yoke of the king of Babylon.
13But in the first year of Cyrus the king of Babylon, the same king Cyrus made a decree to build this house of God.
14And also the vessels of gold and silver of the house of God, which Nebuchadnezzar took out of the temple that was in Jerusalem and brought into the temple of Babylon, those king Cyrus took out of the temple of Babylon, and they were delivered to one whose name was Sheshbazzar, whom he made governor;
5I am the LORD, and there is no other; there is no God besides Me: I will strengthen you, though you have not known Me.
16And I will bring the blind by a way they do not know; I will lead them in paths they have not known: I will make darkness light before them, and crooked things straight. These things will I do unto them, and not forsake them.
5And now, says the LORD who formed me from the womb to be his servant, to bring Jacob again to him, Though Israel is not gathered, yet shall I be glorious in the eyes of the LORD, and my God shall be my strength.
8Thus says the LORD, In an acceptable time I have heard you, and in a day of salvation I have helped you: and I will preserve you, and give you for a covenant of the people, to establish the earth, to cause to inherit the desolate heritages;
