4 And I will bring back to this place Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah, with all the captives of Judah who went to Babylon, says the LORD: for I will break the yoke of the king of Babylon.
5 Then the prophet Jeremiah said to the prophet Hananiah in the presence of the priests and in the presence of all the people that stood in the house of the LORD,
6 Even the prophet Jeremiah said, Amen: the LORD do so: the LORD perform your words which you have prophesied, to bring back the vessels of the LORD'S house, and all that is carried away captive, from Babylon to this place.
7 Nevertheless, hear now this word that I speak in your ears, and in the ears of all the people;
15 But, The LORD lives, who brought up the children of Israel from the land of the north, and from all the lands where he had driven them. And I will bring them back into their land that I gave to their fathers.
2 And the captain of the guard took Jeremiah, and said to him, The LORD your God has pronounced this calamity upon this place.
3 Now the LORD has brought it, and done as He has said: because you have sinned against the LORD, and have not obeyed His voice, therefore this thing has come upon you.
10 For they prophesy a lie to you, to remove you far from your land; and that I should drive you out, and you should perish.
24 I have set a trap for you, and you are also caught, O Babylon, and you were not aware: you are found, and also caught, because you have fought against the LORD.
7 And seek the peace of the city where I have caused you to be carried away captive, and pray to the LORD for it: for in its peace you will have peace.
11 Moreover the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
12 Say now to the rebellious house, Do you not know what these things mean? Tell them, Behold, the king of Babylon has come to Jerusalem and has taken its king and its princes and led them with him to Babylon;
18 But if they are prophets, and if the word of the LORD is with them, let them now make intercession to the LORD of hosts, that the vessels which are left in the house of the LORD, and in the house of the king of Judah, and at Jerusalem, go not to Babylon.
19 For thus says the LORD of hosts concerning the pillars, and concerning the sea, and concerning the bases, and concerning the rest of the vessels that remain in this city,
14 Thus says the LORD, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: For your sake, I have sent to Babylon, and have brought down all their nobles and the Chaldeans, whose shout is in the ships.
8 Therefore thus says the LORD of hosts; Because you have not heard My words,
15 Then said the prophet Jeremiah to Hananiah the prophet, Hear now, Hananiah; The LORD has not sent you; but you make this people to trust in a lie.
15 And their king shall go into captivity, he and his princes together, says the LORD.
3 For behold, the days are coming, says the LORD, that I will bring back the captivity of my people Israel and Judah, says the LORD, and I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it.
13 I have raised him up in righteousness, and I will direct all his ways: he shall build My city, and he shall let go My captives, not for price nor reward, says the LORD of hosts.
10 The LORD has brought forth our righteousness; come, and let us declare in Zion the work of the LORD our God.
11 And I raised up your sons as prophets, and your young men as Nazarites. Is it not even so, O children of Israel? says the LORD.
9 For behold, our fathers have fallen by the sword, and our sons and our daughters and our wives are in captivity for this.
14 Your prophets have seen vain and foolish things for you: and they have not revealed your iniquity, to turn away your captivity; but have seen for you false burdens and causes of banishment.
7 And you have also appointed prophets to announce concerning you at Jerusalem, saying, There is a king in Judah: and now it shall be reported to the king according to these words. Come now, therefore, and let us take counsel together.
12 Set up the banner upon the walls of Babylon, make the watch strong, set up the watchmen, prepare the ambushes; for the LORD has both devised and done what He spoke against the inhabitants of Babylon.
11 Be not afraid of the king of Babylon, of whom you are afraid; be not afraid of him, says the LORD: for I am with you to save you, and to deliver you from his hand.
12 And I will show mercies to you, that he may have mercy upon you, and cause you to return to your own land.
9 And the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
15 I have sent also to you all my servants the prophets, rising up early and sending them, saying, Return now every man from his evil way, and amend your doings, and do not go after other gods to serve them, and you shall dwell in the land which I have given to you and to your fathers: but you have not inclined your ear, nor listened to me.
20 At that time I will bring you again, even in the time that I gather you: for I will make you a name and a praise among all people of the earth, when I turn back your captivity before your eyes, says the LORD.
